This full and textured orange wine is made using Viognier grapes, which undergo a carbonic maceration without additional sulphites, plus three weeks of skin contact to develop a rich golden colour. Once fermented, the wine is stored in concrete tanks, developing a silkiness that complements the intense flavours of ginger, ripe peach and jasmine, with a savoury mineral finish.
