Hailing from the Rhône’s southernmost appellation, Lirac. Here, the soils are rich in clay and limestone, and sun shines brightly almost all year round, offering up a sumptuous, silky, deep red wine. The grapes are destemmed, and then fermented and aged in concrete tanks which help to harness the fragrant bright acidity that is the natural hallmark of Cinsault.
