This medium–bodied red is made entirely from indigenous Cabernet Franc grapes grown on vineyards that overlook the Loire Valley, which are de–stemmed to moderate their green herbaceousness before pressing. Once fermented, the wine is moved to stainless–steel tanks for a short ageing to retain its fresh, fruity joie de vivre.
