This Provençal blend of red grapes is very gently pressed to extract perfectly pale, petal–pink hues and delicate aromas of the season’s first strawberries, white flowers, crushed sea salt and just a hint of red cherry. It is then aged in stainless–steel tanks to retain its unique character.
