Grown on the black schist soils of Anjou in the Loire, this Cabernet Franc is fragrant, herbal and juicy. With an undercurrent of salinity and a backbone of graphite minerality, the texture is silky and dangerously moreish. The grapes are hand–harvested, fermented in concrete tanks and then moved to subterranean tanks to age in peace.
