This intense yet elegant white comprises an (almost) equal blend of three grapes, grown on the pebbly, clay and limestone terraces overlooking the Orbieu River. After gentle pressing and wild fermentation, the vinified varieties are blended and aged on fine lees to marry and soften the blend, resulting in a full, textural wine with notes of peach, lime, spice and a long, mineral finish.
