This full and textured orange wine is made using Viognier grapes, which undergo a carbonic maceration without additional sulphites, plus three weeks of skin contact to develop a rich golden colour. Once fermented, the wine is stored in concrete tanks, developing a silkiness that complements the intense flavours of ginger, ripe peach and jasmine, with a savoury mineral finish.

"It’s exactly what you’d want an orange wine on tap to be -

juicy, thirst-slaking, fragrant in a funky charentais melon type way, with little but not loads of tannic grip, and clear rather than cloudy so won’t scare the horses. Super-sessionable and good with virtually any kind of food.”
